Entrepreneur Application

Entrepreneurs must:

• Show that they have at least two years of "qualifying business" experience
• Have a minimum net-worth of $300,000
• Meet the selection criteria for entrepreneurs
• Be willing to fulfill the conditions imposed on them once they arrive in Canada as immigrants
Within three years of becoming a permanent resident of Canada the entrepreneur:
• Must have at the least 1/3 ownership in an actively managed business for a period of at the least one year in the first 3 years of becoming a permanent resident of Canada
• The business must have created at the least one full time job for a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident who is not a dependent
